1. Throw 10 perfect throws everyday. Take the time to think about your throws, think about your catches, and then be sure to execute them perfectly. Perfect practice makes for perfect games.
2. Prepare for one day of practice each week like you would for a tournament:
- get enough sleep
- eat
plenty of energy rich foods (such as potatoes, pasta, whole grains) 12 hours before
- drink 0.5L of water
before you go to bed, when you wake up, and 30 min before practice starts
